TV LISTINGS

Saturday – CUIMHNI ORGA SPOIRT (2.35pm – TG4) – Galway v Kilkenny. A look back at the 2012 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final, which took place at Croke Park, and ended in a draw.

Saturday – THE SATURDAY GAME LIVE (6.30pm – RTE2) – Monaghan v Fermanagh (Throw-in 7.00pm). Joanne Cantwell is joined by Colm O’Rourke to present coverage of the preliminary-round tie in the Ulster Senior Football Championship, held at St Tiernach’s Park in Clones. With commentary by Darragh Maloney and Martin Carney.

Saturday – THE CHAMPIONSHIP (6.40pm – BBC2) – Monaghan v Fermanagh (Throw-in 7.00pm). Coverage of the preliminary-round tie in the Ulster Senior Football Championship, held at St Tiernach’s Park in Clones. Both sides were eliminated by runners-up Donegal last season, with Fermanagh reaching the quarter-finals and Monaghan losing out in the last four. With Mark Sidebottom, Oisin McConville and Martin McHugh.

Sunday – THE SUNDAY GAME LIVE (1.15pm RTE2) – Mayo v Sligo (Throw-in 2.00pm) and Cork v Tipperary (Throw-in 4.00pm). Michael Lyster presents coverage of the respective Connacht Senior Football Championship and Munster Senior Hurling Championship quarter-finals, which take place at McHale Park and Thurles. With analysis from Colm O’Rourke, Cyril Farrell, Ger Loughnane, Henry Shefflin and Pat Spillane, and commentary by Marty Morrissey, Dessie Dolan, Ger Canning and Michael Duignan.

Sunday – LAOCHRA GAEL (5.55pm TG4) – A profile of the Irish Gaelic footballer, Owen Mulligan, who won All Ireland Minor, Under 21 and Senior titles with his native team, Tyrone. With contributions from Peter Canavan.

Sunday – THE CHAMPIONSHIP (7pm BBC2) – Donegal v Antrim. A chance to see the Ulster Senior Football Championship quarter-final at Ballybofey. Donegal were runners-up to Tyrone last season, while Antrim were defeated by Fermanagh in the preliminary round. With Mark Sidebottom and Oisin McConville.

Sunday – THE SUNDAY GAME (9.30pm RTE2) – Des Cahill is joined by Anthony Daly, Ciaran Whelan, Eddie Brennan and Tomas O Se for highlights and discussion of the weekend’s GAA games, including Mayo v Sligo.
