Fermanagh boss Pete McGrath has decided to say on in his role as manager for the 2018 season.
It’s been 23 years since McGrath led Down to an All-Ireland but Pete McGrath has decided to stay in inter-county management and continue his tenure as the Fermanagh senior manager.
2017 will not be fondly remembered by Fermanagh as relegation from division 2 was followed by two defeats in the championship by Monaghan in the Ulster championship and then elimination in the qualifiers by Armagh.
The aim for next year must certainly be a return to division 2 and a better championship showing.
